Just one thing...
And these are they that are seen among thorns, such as hear the word and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches and lusts of other things entering in, choke the word and it becomes unfruitful, you are created to lead a fruitful life, a life full of your desired results. There is something called ‘the word’ that belongs to you that you must hear. And when you hear this “the word” there are some things you must do about it you must not be too excited because it will be exciting to you. It will resonate with something within you and generate vibrations but don’t be too excited. No army goes to war with another country stronger than she is in military strength win such battle without proper planning and strategy. You must sit down and process ‘the word’ receive it into your spirit, understand the way it works. Even though David who happened to be one of foremost King in Israel was specifically chosen by God, anointed by Samuel a great prophet. Yet attaining the throne was not automatic for him. He fought battles to claim the throne that God gave him, his birthright. You must understand that the road to success is not smooth, without friction there is no motion. That God called you into ministry does not mean you will just wake up and you will have the largest ministry in the world there are hurdles you must jump over. You must be able to figure out what is the joy that is far ahead, for David it was marrying the king’s daughter so he was connected to the throne. What is that thing you are willing to take all the risk in this world to make yours. That is what processing “the word” is all about. Figure out that desire that will encourage you to solve all the problem you meet on the way. Most importantly you must be able to push ‘the word’ to number one position in your priority list. You have to truly make it number one. It must become more important to you than sex and food. You must be willing to fast for it (deny food) for it. You must be willing to deny yourself some luxury for it. It must be more important to you than power, than position. There must be singleness of purpose, it must be that one thing ‘the word’. Remember you don’t have to do anything to hear “the word”. The thing that singular thing you are have to do is in you, it will discover you. All you need to be is a good soil. Are you a good soil? A good soil is any soil that will turn a seed to a tree or fruits. Ideas are not scarce they are always there if your intelligence is not good enough it is either you cannot see them or they are useless to you.
Handle your present assignment so seriously. And never leave any problem you face as a result of your present assignment unresolved. Solve all the problems that your present assignment throws up. Are you am employee do your work with all diligence. Serve your boss with all your heart. Remember your “the word” is the only guarantee for your freedom. David killed the bear and the lion that were trying to stop him from carrying out his duty diligently. So when Goliath showed up he had acquired enough experience to defeat him. It does not take a fight to become the best boxer in the world. You will have to fight lots of battle most of them in obscurity, some of them will not really make sense to others but you are learning from the best teacher, experience. Your Goliath will soon blossom, the last hurdle to make you a star. It is the stony soil that will metamorphose into sandy soil and to a very good soil. When you are a good soil you will resonate with your “the word” because it has always being there. Your “the word” is like a radio wave which without an appropriate receiver is not useful. Are you the appropriate receiver, if you are and when you are you will hear “the word” and receive it and begin to understand it and start manifesting progressive result. If you are not faithful in that which is another man who will handover your own to you. If you are not faithful with little things, and cannot manage mammon who will give you true riches.

30% is a good mark in lifes school…
30% is a good mark in life’s school…
So why don’t you abandon the formal school and enrol in God’s school. The formal education system definitely does not always throw up the best. Doing well in university or in a secondary school does not imply you will do well in real world. Ignorant some allow the result they came out with in school to determine the outcome of their lives. I was entangled in this trap for a few years in my life before I broke free. If the result you came out with in the university is not favorable you can retrain yourself. Remember humans designed the system and those that designed it definitely did not pass through it. The concept I will be sharing with this jab, if you understand it, will bring about freedom into your life. Then you would have learnt how to start small and from where you are.
A friend released something into my spirit some years back. Ever since the word stuck, may be because it made sense to me. He said that if money was important for our success at birth God would have squeezed enough into our hands that since we did not come out of the womb with money. This implies all we need to be who we need to be is already in us you are the determining factor. I discover the reason I don’t act probably why so many other don’t act is the fact that they are not sure their acting will produce their desired result, I have also realized that it is because we don’t understand the concept called result. It’s definitely not our fault , in formal school the grading system is not designed to really teach success most of the time it promotes competition in my own country 40% and below is graded failure. I think it is like this because there are not enough schools especially universities so somehow there must be screening, so this system that is defeating. Likewise universities, polytechnics do not have enough courses to cater for all of man,s gift and talents so if you don’t meet their standards then you are a failure but I since discovered something in life’s manual that 30%is a very good mark and it’s also the worst result you can have in life, if you follow life’s curriculum. So why not enrol in life’s school. And others falls on good ground and did yield fruit that spring up and increased and brought forth some thirty and some sixty and some hundred , but he that received seed in the good ground is he that hears the word, and understand it who also bears fruit and brings forth hundred folds some sixty and some thirty. The issue is that what school system has programmed in us as good result, is with the same understanding we approach life school. In life 30% is a good mark when you score 30% you are marked good there is no failure in life until you accept failure. The slogan in life is that you can be better than you are doing right now. No matter the result you have in your life understand clearly that God scores you good, he only encourages you to do better to turn all your potential energy to kinetic energy, are you jobless ? It is a good result. If you are not qualified in the first place you cannot be called jobless life teaches you how to get a job because you can get one. Remember what the formal school system teaches you is wrong, there is no failure in life, if you understand this principle you can start a world class company from your one room apartment. Microsoft started from a garage. The billions of people in the world started out with one disobedient man and woman , God is not surprised at your actions don’t allow the devil to succeed at condemning you.
Life is progressive start with what you have and from where you are. Understand clearly also that the same way information is passed across in the formal school, it is the same way it is passed across in real life. The format is hear, understand and avoid distraction, be attentive, be serious. In formal school you are expected to listen, read be attentive as your teacher teaches. In life you are tutored by the best teacher is names is experience. It is the smartest to learn from other people's experience you can do that by being attentive, observant or better by reading their books. So erase, remove this word from your vocabulary failure, it’s not from God probably from the hell there is no failure in life you cannot fail you can only do better and you can be the best, you can become perfect. Hear, receive bring forth good fruit. The things that will bring about good result in your life are those you heard and understood. You are synonymous to the soil, you are created for multiplication. Your system is designed to receive dreams, desires, information, revelations ideas and blow them up. You are made to develop ideas into useful profitable, tangible stuffs just like the soul receive the seed and grow up into a tree. There is a microsoft , a Globacom, a Warren buffet, a Cadbury, a Shell, an Oceanic bank in everyone of us.
You must understand that there are enemy of ideas or desires. The vital enemies are impatience(inability to process information before action), there is the deceitfulness of riches, false ideas/suggestions about how to make/create wealth, there is care of this world, anxiety about what will eat, wear or drive. Then there is lust which drive for immediate gratification, fornication, adultery, covetousness. Multiplication is a natural process, just like the seed turns into plant with a little or no external influence that is how you are wired to be fruitful. It is impossible for you not to have an idea, desire, revelation, information, word that can provide answer to all your concerns.
The question is what is condition of your spirit, what dominate your thought realm. Do you see possibilities are you a victor or you are a victim.

Definitions
I have always believed that what we make out of life depend on the definition we give to our experiences, circumstances and situations.I never started appreciating so many things until I came across a good definition of problems. That Problem is the gap between where you are and where you are going. Or what is your interpretation of this story a criminal took a u turn and became a priceless football star.
HOW I BECAME ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE STAR AFTER FOUR YEARS IN PRISON –Jamie Lawrence By FIFA/Football’s Hidden StoryPublished: Saturday, 5 Apr 2008“When a kid gets into trouble, people say: ‘He just got in with the wrong crowd.’” But me? I was the wrong crowd!” Jamie LawrenceSo states Jamie Lawrence who, at the age of 23, was released from prison having served a four-year sentence for robbery with violence. Yet three months later he was starting a career as a top professional footballer in the English Football League. Prison is often accused of teaching prisoners a great deal - how to deal in drugs, how to burgle a house, how to rob a bank – but it’s not often that an ex-convict comes out of jail with a success story like Jamie Lawrence. Many can’t get a job because of their criminal record and feel they have no choice but to descend back into a life of crime.Lawrence was that exception. He became a top-level footballer and has now made a mission of being and influence and a mentor on disadvantaged youths who might end up in exactly the same downward spiral of bad behaviour and crime that culminates in a prison sentence, like Jamie.Lawrence’s family came to Britain from Jamaica in the 1960s. “Then, when I was 16, my mum and step-dad decided they wanted to go back to the sunshine. They wanted me to go with them but I liked my sport so I decided to stay here and lived with my sister. But life was hard. We had no money and I had no direction.”And, although he played football locally and had trials for professional clubs, none signed him. So, disheartened and purposeless, Lawrence and his ‘bredren’ started getting into trouble: breaking into cars and committing other petty crimes. He was eventually caught in a stolen car and sent to a notorious young offenders’ institution at Feltham, near London.Released from custody, but unable to settle to a regular job and still full of energy and aggression, Lawrence slipped back into crime again, got caught for robbery with violence and ended up in Camp Hill Prison on the Isle of Wight - and it changed his life. Jamie started to play for the prison football team, which was allowed to play local teams on a regular basis. ...and he consistently played the starring role. “I owe a big debt of gratitude to Eddie Walder, the principal officer of Physical Education at Camp Hill,” says Lawrence. “He said he believed in me - that I could be a professional footballer - and it gave me the incentive to go for it.” Walder, an ex-professional player himself, says: “One Christmas we played in a friendly match against a local side, Cowes Sport. “The manager, Dale Young, is a friend of mine and, when he saw Jamie, he asked if he could play for them. The governor saw the benefits, not just for Jamie but for the rehabilitation of prisoners generally, and he agreed.” I decided that that point we needed to make Jamie a gym orderly so that he could do normal gym duties but also keep himself fit for football.”Dale Young takes up the story: “Jamie was a different class to the rest of the players although he got on really well with them. They all held down full-time jobs and trained just twice a week but, since Jamie worked in the prison gym, he was incredibly strong and fit and it was impossible to knock him off the ball.”“Yes, I was in the gym all day” laughs Jamie. “I went into Camp Hill at ten stone (63 kilos) and came out three years later, super-fit and 12½ stone (80 kilos) of muscle!”It was the start of Jamie Lawrence’s change of life. Soon scouts from professional clubs heard that there was a rather remarkable player amongst the prison population. Various clubs came to look but eventually it was ex-England player Terry Butcher, then manager of Sunderland, who made the offer of a one-year contract. “Going North was probably the best thing that could have happened to me” Jamie concedes. “I was away from my old mates and could start afresh. They played ‘Jailhouse Rock’ when I came out onto the pitch at Middlesbrough for my debut match but I thought that was a big laugh. I couldn’t believe that I’d been watching Sunderland play Liverpool in the FA Cup on TV six months earlier and here I was rubbing shoulders with the same players.” Lawrence’s career as a winger in professional football lasted for ten years during which time he went on to clubs like Leicester City and into the Premiership with Bradford City. He also achieved 42 caps for Jamaica. At 37, he is now playing for Harrow Borough in the Isthmian League. But Harrow is only part of Jamie Lawrence’s life. There is another side where he is putting to good use his experience of being both at the bottom and the top of the world.Jamie, although he talks in the South London patios of ‘finkin’’’ and ‘innit’, is an articulate and intelligent man who has realised that there are many teenage youths who could so easily follow the same pattern and descend into a spiral of petty crime and then jail. And so, early in 2007, Jamie started the Jamie Lawrence Football Academy with the aim of training and mentoring young players with talent and also giving young kids an identity through football. “They may not become professional footballers but they can make something good of their lives with what talents they’ve got. I’m like a father figure to them and they say things to me they wouldn’t tell others.” Indeed, Jamie has an instant street cred – ex-convict and Premiership footballer – a heady mixture to impress any youthful tearaway. Partying, womanising, fighting, crime, football, fame, money - Jamie has been there and done that. Jamie’s HQ is at Nightingale School, a South London ‘Special Needs’ school where boys are sent who are disruptive or not coping at ordinary schools. Jamie’s new business partner Carl Samuels was already working with young people at the school when he heard about Jamie and realised that there was a lot of potential in what the footballer was doing and introduced Jamie to the head teacher.“Jamie understands where the kids are mentally,” explains Carl. He can build and instant relationship with young people. We want to work with kids who risk of being excluded from school (the equivalent of being expelled on a temporary basis) or at risk of offending. We want to re-engage young people into full-time education and football teaches them the discipline and life skills to do this. Some of our kids come from very disturbed backgrounds are involved in stabbings and robberies, even as young as 11!”Head Teacher, Richard Gadd, expands: “We take boys here with a wide variety of problems ranging from ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or Tourette’s Syndrome (uncontrollable twitching and verbalising) to abused or disadvantaged kids in care who have social problems. Often they are loners because of inappropriate behaviour or lack of communication skills. They end up having very brief friendships of a couple of weeks with other children and then they say or do the wrong thing and get ostracised. That’s why they often join gangs because odd behaviour is more acceptable in gang culture and they can feel part of a ‘family’.”Often from single parent families with young mothers who have little idea of discipline, sometimes rejected by parents and ending up in care homes, the youths want to feel wanted and part of a group. And they have a role to play in the team which makes them feel part of the family that most of them don’t have.“What Jamie has to offer is that he understands why young people get into gang and drug culture and wants to direct them children away from that and give them something to focus their minds on, says Gadd. “ Everyone’s an individual but not everyone fits school but Jamie engages many kids here who didn’t attend classes but now they come so that they can play football. Even former complete non-attendees come in most days. Jamie moulds them into a team and it’s a social event.”Every day Jamie is down at Nightingale School working with the boys on football training on a small and sloping pitch area at the back of the school. Most are from the school itself but today there are a few newcomers including 16-year old Cory. It’s Corey’s first day and he arrives ridiculously early for the session. A studious-looking mixed-race lad with glasses, he is very quiet and morose and admits, probably with considerable understatement, that he’s here: “Because I’ve en excluded from college for just throwing small little pen at another pupil.” Full of smilesBut Corey is suddenly lively and full of smiles when the fitness training starts and he finds that he is actually quite good at the jumps and squats that Lawrence is making them do and enjoys the praise from his mentor. Jamie knows when to praise and when to remonstrate but he does it in a jokey, joshing manner that gets through to the boys where schoolmasterly admonishment would not. Leg-pulling and mickey-taking is an everyday part of professional football and Jamie brings this atmosphere to the lads under his care and they thrive on the attention.Another in the group is Terry, only just turned 15 but already sporting an impressive stubble on his chin and a muscley pair of legs.Terry’s father, Jeff, with matching stubble, is there to watch. “Most of the parents of these kids aren’t bothered about them,” says Jeff. “On parents’ evenings, my wife and I are often the only couple there. Terry’s at this school here because he’s a bit of a slow learner but he’s doing really well here and we’re desperate for him to stay and not go back to a regular school.”Terry, is not one to hold off on the back-chat and, on his first training session, he told Jamie to “Eff-off! I ain’t doing that!” when asked to run round the pitch to warm up. Jamie doesn’t tolerate swearing and the standard forfeit is ten push-ups. Terry also refused to do these so was sidelined during the match. After watching frustratedly for a while, he gave in, apologised, did his push ups and was allowed to play. His form teacher was incredulous but Jamie hasn’t had a problem with Terry since. The lure of football is strong but it takes a man like Jamie Lawrence to understand what the game can give to young men: “Firstly, it teaches them discipline. Lads don’t like being told what to do. If they don’t like history, or English, or maths and they aren’t very good at it, they’ll hide their inadequacies by being the class joker; the swagger; the clothes. They get into trouble with the teacher. Then they’re excluded from school which sets them back further and into a spiral which can lead to vandalism and crime.”Jamie and Carl see football as a way of engaging with these youths. Hardly any will ever play professionally but the training makes them fit, makes them disciplined and they have a role to play in the team which makes them feel wanted.“One of the things I’m trying to teach the kids now,” says Jamie. “Is that, when you get a knock-back, your confidence suffers but that’s when you dust yourself off and you come back stronger. Keep knocking on the door and one day one will open for you. “There are kids out there who can take a lesson from me. This is more rewarding than anything else I’ve done in my life.”
